What is Zipster Rewards?
Zipster Rewards is the new, free rewards program at Zippy’s Restaurants!
How does Zipster Rewards work?
Receive 10 Zipcoin reward points for every qualifying dollar you spend at Zippy’s. This excludes Gift Cards, Merch, Alcohol, Tax, Service Fees and Holiday Meal packages. Catering products not eligible for Zipcoin earning within Zipster Rewards program.
Zipcoins can be used to redeem free Zippy’s favorites at any of our locations.
What can I get with Zipcoins?
You can redeem products anywhere you get Zippy’s, whether it’s fast food or in our restaurants.
500 = Coffee, Cornbread, OR Soft Drink*
750 = Apple Napple, Coconut Napple, Piece of Fried Chicken, OR Portuguese Sausage Omelette Sandwich
1,000 = $5 Off your order, Chili Cheese Fries, Breakfast Bento, OR Chili with Rice**
1,300 = Mini Spaghetti with Garlic Bread OR Mini Fried Chicken Plate
1,750 = Meat N’ Eggs, Korean Fried Chicken Plate, OR Zip Pac
3,000 = Zip Meal: Chili, Meat Sauce, OR Portuguese Bean Soup

Do Zipcoins expire?
Zipcoins are scheduled to expire 180 days from the date of your order. They are then removed from your account on the first day of the following month.
Can I gift Zipcoins to a friend or family member?
Zipcoinsand rewards are non-transferable.
How do I sign up?
You can create a Zipster Rewards account using Zippy’s mobile app (available on iPhone and Android) or by visiting Zippys.com.
How do I earn my FREE Chili with Rice?
You will be awarded a free Chili with Rice after your first purchase as a Zipster Rewards member. The reward will automatically be added to your Zipster Rewards account within 24 hours of your first order.
Once you earn the free Chili with Rice, you’ll have 30 days to redeem it.
How do I earn Zipcoins in the app?
Make sure you’re logged in to your app. Just place an order as you normally would. The Zipcoins you earn will be credited to your account overnight.
How do I earn Zipcoins when I order on Zippys.com?
Make sure you’re logged in before you start your order. Then, place your order as you normally would. The Zipcoins you earn will be credited to your account overnight.
How do I earn Zipcoins at the takeout counter?
Simply provide your phone number to the cashier and your order will earn Zipcoins.
How do I earn Zipcoins when I’m dining in?
If you are dining in with us, please provide your phone number to your server to ensure your Zipcoins are applied to your account.
Can I earn Zipcoins on phone in orders?
You will have to tell the cashier that you’re a Zipster Rewards member when you pick up your order. You’ll just need to provide your phone number.
How do I use rewards in the app?
To view your reward options open the Zippy’s app, log into your Zipster Rewards account, and then tap “rewards”
Once you know what reward you’d like to use, just tap the “Order” button. Add the menu item you’d like to claim to your order. At the payment screen, tap the “Redeem” button and select the reward you’d like to use.
How do I use rewards when I order online?
Start by clicking the sign in button and signing into your Zipster Rewards account. Once you’re signed in, you can see your reward options by clicking on “Rewards Available” button.
Once you know what you’d like, start your order. Make sure to include your reward menu item when you select your food from the menu. Once you’re on the payment screen, you will see your rewards under “Zippy’s Restaurants Rewards” on the bottom right hand side. Click “Apply” on the reward you wish to redeem.
How do I use rewards when I order fast food at the restaurant?
When you first arrive at the register, the cashier will ask if you’re a Zipster Rewards member. Just provide your phone number and they will let you know if you have any available rewards. You can let them know if you’d like to redeem any at that time.
How do I use rewards when I dine in?
If you are dining in with us, please provide your phone number to your server. Let them know what reward you’d like to use. If you have any questions about what rewards you have available, they’ll be able to help.
Can I use rewards on phone in orders?
Yes, but you need to inform the cashier when payment is made at the store.
Can I use multiple rewards in one transaction?
No, you may only use one reward per transaction.
What if I forget to sign in or let the staff know that I'm a member?
In order to claim those points, locate the QR code that is printed on your receipt. Open up your Zippy’s app and log into your Zipster Rewards account. From there, select “Rewards” from the bottom menu and then select “Earn”. Hit the button that says “Scan Receipt Barcode,” and scan your physical receipt.
I just made a purchase, but my Zipcoins aren’t in my account. What happened?
Zipcoins may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account. Be sure to check back again tomorrow!
